After high school, Amber attended a dental assisting course and worked as a dental assistant for a few years. She made the transition to working in the front office, and she discovered that she enjoyed helping patients understand both their treatment needs and their financial options for getting that treatment. She has a passion for patient care and a desire to help everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
Amber and her husband are raising two sons, a daughter, two dogs, and two cats. They stay busy and enjoy spending time hiking and exploring our great state. At home, she likes cooking, gardening, and reading.

Mallory has been helping dental patients for more than ten years. As our patient coordinator, she enjoys the relationships she’s formed with our patients and her co-workers. She wants to help patients understand their insurance benefits, the scope of dental care, and why oral health is important to their overall health.
Mallory and her husband live in Stayton with their four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, hunting during deer and elk seasons, and boating in the summer.

Miriam was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at the early age of 6 years old. Spanish is her first language, and she started learning English while in school. Now she speaks, writes, and reads both languages fluently. She has been in the dental field since 2011 and loves the interactions with the patients she meets. Insurance verification is her specialty and will work diligently to maximize the patients covered benefits.
Coming from a family of 9 children, Miriam, is very family-oriented. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband and two boys enjoying the great outdoors.

Chandy has been working at Oregon Smile Care Center since 2006. She is a graduate of the dental assistant program at Portland Community College. She loves inspiring patients about their oral health, and she works hard to make your visits with us as positive and as comfortable as they can be.
Chandy grew up in Enterprise, Oregon. Her family is a huge part of her life. She has 2 children and a dog at home. She enjoys watching the Portland Trailblazers and the Raiders, cooking, DIY projects, and reading in her spare time.

Tawny has been a dental assistant since 2012, and she is happy to come to work every day. She enjoys helping patients have healthy smiles.
Tawny is married with three children. Together, they like to spend time outdoors, hiking, running, gardening, and traveling. She also has fun cooking, reading, and watching movies. You’ll also find her volunteering at her church in Salem whenever she can.

After she graduated from South Albany High School in 2016, Amber Lee took a year to explore her college options. She enrolled in the dental assisting program at Linn-Benton Community College, where she discovered her passion for patient care and seeing people smile. She graduated in 2018, and she is happy to be working. And we’re happy she is part of our team.
When she isn’t helping patients, Amber Lee loves getting outdoors to explore the beauty of Oregon with her family and friends. She enjoys camping, hiking, sightseeing, and visiting the Oregon coast.

Danica is a native of Keizer and a graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. Her passion is improving her patients’ health through proper education. She’s happy to answer any questions you may have about your oral care. It’s just as important to her to build relationships with her patients and their families.
Today, Danica lives in Salem with her amazing husband and their two children. Outside the office, she loves spending time with family and friends. She also bakes, runs, and helps her husband organize activities for the track and cross country teams at North Salem.

Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in public health at Oregon State University, then she went to hygiene school at Carrington College in Portland. Today, we’re happy to have her as one of our talented hygienists. She enjoys caring for patients and teaching them about the connections between oral and overall health.
Away from the office, Julie is up for pretty much any sporting activities and loves being outdoors. She and her family enjoy fishing and spending time with their Labradors.

Ashley graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. At our office, she loves building strong and trusting personal relationships with her patients. She also shares a passion to educate patients about confident smiles and healthy decisions. She strives to meet her patients’ individual dental care needs while keeping them comfortable.
Ashley is a native of Salem, but she and her husband love living in Albany with their two children and their dachshund, Tank. When she isn’t working, you might find her hanging out with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, or exploring new places.

Becca is an Oregon native who graduated with her dental hygiene degree from Portland Community College in 2017. Her passion is to provide her patients with the tools they need to succeed with their oral health, while also connecting and building relationships with them.
Becca lives in Salem with her beautiful daughter. When she’s not in the dental office, you can find her wine tasting, working out and enjoying time with friends and family.
