Dr. Michelle Kirkpatrick

When I first went to college, I didn't quite know what I was going to be. I knew that I did want to be in the medical field. And I had a family friend that was a dentist. And the more time I spent with him and his family, and observed at his office I realized what a great fit it was for me. That I could use my artistic talents as well as the enjoyment of medicine and helping people. The most rewarding part of the job for me is that I do get to help people. I get people out of pain. I can help people feel better about themselves. And I also like that I can make people feel more comfortable about an experience that they've maybe been very afraid of in the past.
So I'm a native Oregonian. I went to high school at West Albany. I then went to school at Oregon State. And I also went to dental school at OHSU. So I did a lot of my training here in the area. And I love that I get to also continue to practice in the areas where I grew up. I really do enjoy making longstanding relationships with my patients. And also as far as continuing education goes, I place a great emphasis on that. I've taken quite a bit more education in doing root canals and extractions. And also aesthetic continuing education so I can provide the latest techniques to my patients.
Dr. Michelle Kirkpatrick has over 18 years of dental experience and works with patients of all ages to provide healthy, beautiful smiles. Dr. Kirkpatrick places an importance on comfort during treatment and looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients.
